              With a circular from the government regarding Covid Virus 19, all activities in Indonesia are requested

to remain calm, not panic and minimize activities outside the home, and avoid crowds. One of the

policies that was later put into effect was the introduction of online Course learning in the military and

delaying various activities involving more than 50 people, as well as restrictions on mobility between 

provinces.

            We personally students of the 22nd elementary Kibi course are quite familiar with the policy. Seeing the situation that happened, it was appropriate if the Indonesian Navy spared the online learning policy to reduce the spread of the corona virus.

            Dengan adanya surat edaran dari pemerintah mengenai Virus Covid 19 , seluruh aktivitas diindonesia diminta untuk tetap tenang, tidak panik dan meminimalkan aktivitas di luar rumah, serta menghindari kerumunan.  Salah satu kebijakan yang kemudian diberlakukan adalah pemberlakuan pembelajaran Kursus di militer secara online dan menunda berbagai kegiatan yang melibatkan lebih dari 50 orang, serta pembatasan mobilitas antar provinsi.

        kami secara pribadi siswa kursus kibi elementary angkatan 22 cukup maklum dengan kebijakan tersebut. Melihat situasi yang terjadi sudah selayaknya jika  TNI AL mengelurakan kebijakan belajar melalui online untuk mengurangi menyebarnya virus corona. 

            By studying online is the most appropriate solution that can be done by the Navy at this time. 

Even though in the actual evaluation this kind of learning is less effective compared to face to face 

with the lecturer.

            Because they could not meet the lecturer directly, they did not get a complete explanation of

 the material, while some lecturers only gave assignments without giving lecture material.

            Dengan belajar secara online merupakan solusi paling tepat yang bisa dilakukan TNI AL saat ini. Meskipun dalam penilaiannya sesungguhnya pembelajaran semacam ini kurang efektif dibanding dengan tatap muka langsung dengan dosen. 

            Karena tidak bisa bertemu dosen secara langsung maka tidak mendapat penjelasan tentang materi secara lengkap, sementara beberapa dosen hanya memberikan penugasan tanpa memberikan materi kuliah. 

         Even so, we personally feel thankful for still being able to take courses and get learning material rather than not taking a Kibi course in education at all. Online lectures are still limited to uploading videos from YouTube, while other lecturers only give assignments without including lecture material.

            Actually we hope to learn to use applications that can be directly face to face with the teacher, but we are aware of the many negative aspects in the military if we use an online application maybe like zoom and webex

            Meski begitu, kami pribadi merasa bersyukur masih dapat kursus dan mendapat materi belajar dibanding tidak mengikuti kursus Kibi didisdikal sama sekali. kuliah online  masih sebatas upload video da youtube, sedangkan dosen lain hanya memberikan penugasan tanpa menyertakan materi kuliah. 

            Sebenarnya kami berharap belajar menggunakan aplikasi yg dapat langsung bertatap muka dengan guru , akan tetapi kami menyadari banyak segi negatif di militer apabila kita menggunakan aplikasi online mungkin seperti zoom dan webex.

            We also experienced obstacles to focus on the course, because we also continued to carry out activities in each unit so that the unit also continued to include us in day-to-day activities, so that what happened there were assignments that we could not complete because of the dense activity of the unity.

             We hope this situation will end soon and life will return to normal. We hope covid outbreaks can be realized soon.

            However, we are personally grateful to the teacher and the Indonesian Navy has tried as much as possible to teach us from various parts of the Indonesian Navy.

            Kami juga mengalami kendala untuk fokus kepada kursus, karna kami juga tetap melaksanakan kegitatan disatuan masing masing sehingga satuan juga tetap mengikutkan kami di kegiatan sehari sehari, sehingga yg terjadi ada tugas tugas yg tidak bisa kami selesaikan dikarnakan padatnya kegiatan disatuan. 

            Kami berharap situasi ini segera berakhir dan kehidupan berjalan normal kembali. Kami mengharapkan outbreak covid dapat segera Terwujud.        

            Bagaimanapun kami pribadi berterima kasih kepada guru dan disdikal TNI AL sudah berusaha semaksimal mungkin mengajarkan kepada kami dari berbagai penjuru satuan TNI AL diindonesia.
